World Best LCC for three consecutive years

Yesterday night, I linked to a blog which was titled
"Malaysia Airlines' safety performance versus
AirAsia's safety performance" by chance
and it really got my monkey up!
Well, I'm not protecting my company
but I could see that is a biased article.
Honestly, I really hate it when someone says that
AirAsia compromises on the safety and regulations.

Hello, friends there, If AirAsia was not a safe airline,
it would have been shut down by
the Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia long time ago.
However, the truth is AirAsia has been operating in this land since 2001.
In addition, before AirAsia is permitted to fly in a particular country,
it must get the approval from the respective Aviation Authority
which is equivalent to our DCA in Malaysia.
Do you think their authorites are stupid?

Do not forget International Civil Aviation Organisation(ICAO)
which is made up of 190 countries round the world.
They do annual checks on the safety standards of the airlines including AirAsia.
I'm afraid to say that AirAsia would not be allowed to fly
if AirAsia has not met the required standards.

Okay, the services provided and the fares might differ with the other airlines
but comparing a LCC and a full service carrier is not fair at all, right?
I'm proud of AirAsia. The world best low cost carrier for three consecutive years.
Yet I agree that there is still some room for AirAsia to improve
and you would see that in the near future!

PS. Funny to see someone wants the previous airlines back
even though they are losing money.
It's a great airlines with bad management though.

Still waiting at home at the moment.
Argh. Can't wait to go to Kota Bharu!
I hope everything goes smooth soon.
Do not stop praying to Buddha :D

A phrase to show their oppose: " Cinta Akan Negara", shows their full support to Malaysia Airlines. But perhaps people won't know what safety should really on. In fact, I do saw most of passengers open the phone without switching their phone to offline or flight mode. I know it doesn't affect navigation but communication to tower yes. So, people say Airasia doesn't meet safety requirements? Please do see yourself before you comment on airline. Personal safety cant handle well, no way you can judge others. Cheers :)
